    Costa Taco is a premium Mexican eatery, local food project and community-based collective located in Australia's subtropical climate zone of South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, using fresh, seasonal produce to make authentic Mexican food and drink.

    Costa Taco started in 2020 at the Currumbin Community Markets, grilling fresh tacos from subtropical Queensland produce, and has since grown into venues on the Gold Coast and in Byron Bay, built around the idea of Mi Casa Es Tu Casa, my house is your house.
